Domestic Shipping

All stickers and bookmarks ship for free within the United States with the exception of bulk & wholesale orders. Other items such as greeting cards and vinyl decals will receive the lowest calculated USPS shipping rate available for the size of the item. If you would like to upgrade your shipping, please review your orders at checkout and choose the option most suitable for your needs.

 

International Shipping

International shipping will be calculated based on the destination and the size & weight of the package. International packages can take a significant amount of time to arrive at their destination, so please be patient while waiting for your package to arrive. I ship the following business day after you place your order for everything except custom orders.

If you would like stickers, bookmarks, or suncatchers shipped internationally for free, I can do this, but they will not have tracking. Please contact me so I can set up a special order for you.

Returns

 

Return Cost

There will be no restocking fees for items that are unused and have not been customized. Return shipping is paid by you, the customer. I will refund you immediately upon receipt of the returned item(s). It may take several days for the refund to show up in your account. Please contact your bank if you have any concerns & let me know if there are any issues with processing the return.

 

Return Policy

If you decide to return an item, it must be unused and undamaged (other than damage done during transit). I do not accept returns on customized items. I accept returns mailed & postmarked within 2 weeks of the date you received the item. I will not accept returns beyond this time period.

I am not liable for damages caused by misuse or rough handling of any items once they are in your possession. Please follow any included care instructions and reach out to me with any questions or concerns. I will not accept returns that have been damaged due to misuse.

I will gladly replace or refund any orders that are damaged in transit. I will ask that you send me pictures of the condition of the item to verify the damage.

Packages that get lost in transit are eligible for a refund or replacement after I have filed & completed a lost package claim with the USPS. If they do end up finding & delivering the package, it is not eligible for refund or replacement. If they are unable to locate the package, I will ship out a replacement or issue a refund immediately.

 

Exchanges

I do not typically offer exchanges simply due to the nature of my products. If you would like to exchange an item, please contact me via the contact tab on my website & I will decide on how best to accommodate your needs on a case by case basis.
